Church Project Loans

The Church is not left out. GIF continues to support various congregations and church organs with loans to undertake various projects such as Pastor's manse construction, chapel projects, acquisition of vehicles etc.

This is a multipurpose credit facility to fund church physical and social projects. Under this product, congregations and church organs would access Church Development loan, Church Equipment loan and Emergency loan.

Over 48 projects have so far been financed under the Church project loan scheme.

The Church Development Loan is designed to finance the following:

• Building of Chapel
• Building of Pastor's manse
• Acquiring land for the Chapel

The Church Equipment Loan is designed to finance the following:

• Buying of musical instruments
• Buying of chapel seats
• Buying of fittings such as curtains, fans and air conditioners
• Buying of Computers and projectors,

The Church Emergency Loan is designed to finance the following:

• Funerals
• Send-off for Pastors
• Payment of rent advance for Pastor's apartment
