This is a multipurpose credit facility to fund individual housing needs. Under this product, Global Evangelical Church members would access loans for home improvement purposes and for real estate construction on incremental bases.
We contribute in our own small way to solving the housing deficit in Ghana. GIF has so far supported over 30 members of the Global Evangelical Church through its Housing Microfinance product. This has enabled beneficiaries to own a decent home which also has given them peace of mind to serve their local congregations.
