The 2016 Synod of the Global Evangelical Church, approved the establishment of a scheme known as Congregational Infrastructural Development Programme( CIDeP) to provide financial support for basic infrastructural projects of the Church. The scheme is to mobilise investment fund from all Congregations of the Church for five years starting from October 2016 and to on-lend to needy Congregations at an affordable interest rate.
The Global Impact Foundation was appointed fund manager and has since being managing the fund.
